We’re dedicated to ensuring that your orders are delivered to you quickly, safely, and transparently.
Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will arrive.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another email when it has been shipped with tracking details.

Note: During high-demand periods (sales, holidays, or new launches), processing times may be extended by a few days.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We ship worldwide from our trusted fulfillment centers located in the USA, Europe, and Asia, depending on stock availability and your location.

These are average delivery times. Actual delivery may vary slightly due to customs delays or courier issues.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders (no minimum spend required).
  • Express Shipping (optional) – rates calculated at checkout based on your location.

If available, Express options and costs will appear automatically during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking link.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

5. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or
  • Delays caused by address errors.

If you realize you made a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to correct it before dispatch.

6. Delays and Lost Packages

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, Love Your Case is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters or severe weather conditions
  • Customs clearance processes
  • Postal strikes or global shipping disruptions

If your order seems lost or delayed beyond 30 business days, please contact us.
We’ll open an investigation with the carrier and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking your local customs office for details before placing your order.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your package upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll review your case and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
