We want you to love your custom case as much as we loved making it. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it.
- It must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- It must include all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note:
Custom or personalized items (such as cases printed with your photo or name) cannot be returned unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions, including the return address.
Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong model or design, contact us immediately at sales@loveyourcase.com with photos of the issue.
We will review your case promptly and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to request a return for the original product.
Once your return is accepted and processed, you can place a new order for the correct item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
