What is the status of my order?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  • The product has not been used or customized in any way.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
  • The return or exchange request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 72 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.

After 72 hours, your personalized case moves into production, and cancellation is no longer possible.

If you placed the wrong model or image, please contact us within 72 hours so we can assist you before production begins.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive both an email and a text message containing a tracking link.

Simply click the link to see the real-time status of your delivery.

All orders include free worldwide shipping, so you can track your package at no extra cost.

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update your delivery address.
